1.1. We usaully do this… send a whatsapp message to friend.
1.2. When s/he forwards it others, it will not have complete details of what help is needed or may not have you contact number etc or importantly the current status of your need?
1.3. So registering your need/help request in http://betterworldteam.org/ and copying the verified message with live link to your current status of need will help you smartly. This standard format message, you can post in all social media apps – Telegram/ Whatsapp /Twitter /Facebook etc

2.4. Verification Process: Now click on Home or Menu – Go to “View Requests Page”
a. Got to “View Request Page” or http://betterworldteam.org/viewVerifiedRequests.html
b. If all details are clear, the request will be listed as “Verified” by Volunteer (Admin)
c. If some doubt is there, you will get a call from 944-335-9-336 [ Volunteer (Admin) ] or other number asking for clarification to improve your request message for clarity.
d. If you are not reachable, Volunteer (Admin) will mark it as “Query Raised”, and you can reply to the query online at “View Request Page”
e. After clarification/verification, your need will be marked as “Verified” and published online for all to see with a dedicated weblink.
2.5. View Comments/ inputs/ info from Volunteer(Admin) and General Public:
a. Got to “View Request Page” or http://betterworldteam.org/viewVerifiedRequests.html
b. Click on Admin Comments and User Comment to know the suggestions and inputs from them to solve your problem/ fulfill your need
2.6. Forward request in social media
a. Got to “View Request Page” or http://betterworldteam.org/viewVerifiedRequests.html
b. Now click on “Copy” button to copy the predefined message with your request details and paste it in your social media accounts.
a) Got to “View Request Page” or http://betterworldteam.org/viewVerifiedRequests.html
b) If you have got the help or as a volunteer/public , you have given the help, click on update, mark “Help Received Status” as Yes and submit a comment.
2.8. Closure of your need as “Fulfilled”
a) If any need/help request is marked as “Help Received Status” as Yes, it will go for closure.
b) Volunteer (Admin) after ascertaining from you or seeing the comments will mark fulfilled and your request will move to next tab.

3. Volunteer (Admin) – Workflow - Processing of Requests:

3.2. Examination of Need by Volunteer(Admin)
a) The Volunteer(Admin) will examine the need, based on assessment mark the Request in appropriate stage of verification and fulfilment of need.
The 6 Stages of a Need:

If on examination of the need, Volunteer (Admin) has some doubts, s/he will be mark as “Query Raised”. - And this need will be shown in the publically in the TAB – Query Raised. - Now general public or needy can reply to the query by clicking on Update. |

If the need request is found genuine, Volunteer (Admin) will mark it so with a comment. - The request will be listed in the TAB – Verified Request for all public/ volunteers/ needy to see and help |

Help Received |
If needy/volunteers/NGO extend help, they will click on update “Help Received Status” as YES and give a comment. - Volunteer (Admin) will after due verification will mark the need as “Fulfilled” or revert it to “Verified” if the need is not fully fulfilled. |

If need is found fulfilled , Volunteer (Admin) will mark it Fulfilled. - The request will moved to “Fulfilled” tab in the View Requests page for all public/ volunteers/ needy to see |

Purged/ Deleted |
If need is found duplicate or false, it will be marked as “Purged” , it will not be visible to public and move to this category and listed for only Volunteer (Admin) to see. |
3.4. Communication / Chat with Needy
a) The public and Volunteer(Admin) can chat with needy by giving comments. Volunteer(Admin) can give suggestions/ leads to needy by entering/updating Admin Comments and retaining the status as Verified.
[In next version of website, there won’t be any need of any other communication channel other than the “need specific webpage” – as needy, Volunteer(Admin) and general public can chat in this page and share information/help]
3.5. Move a Purged/ Fulfilled Need back to Verified (Need help)
a) Volunteer (Admin) can move Purged/ Fulfilled to Verified (Need help), there is no restrictions in this regard.
4. Note from Volunteer (Admin)
- This website will see a major upgrade well before 9th May 2021 and we will issue a new User Manual. It may have supply side registrations/verification/Listings also. It will then have a fully integrated Need/Help Management (HM) Tool and won’t need any social media tools to get help. All Volunteers can use this site.
- We want the tool to be of use to needy, even without much intervention of the Volunteers. It will be crowd sourced and administered Help Management tool for needy with effective monitoring by Volunteers/ Volunteers(Admin)
- Various NGOs/Volunteers Team, can register as a Team and add volunteers under them and they all can use the same website for their Help Management(HM).
