“There will be no return to the “old normal” for the foreseeable future. But there is a roadmap to a situation where we can control COVID-19 and get on with our lives.

This is going to require three things:
1️⃣ a focus on reducing mortality and suppressing transmission
2️⃣ an empowered, engaged community that takes individual behaviour measures in the interest of each other
3️⃣ strong government leadership and coordination of comprehensive strategies that are communicated clearly and consistently.

It can be done. It must be done. I have said it before and I will keep saying it.

Cloth Mask - When? Who can use? Govt Advisory

1. Suitable for common people not suffering from any medical conditions
2. Not recommended for health workers
and CoVid-19 patients
3. The mask should be washed with soap, hot water and dried before use.
4. Should be prepared from clean cloth and should cover mouth and nose completely.
5. Cloth mask should not be shared with anyone.

We should encourage poor who dont have Smartphone/who dont use Smartphone to register under Aarogya Setu using 1921 IVRS facility

For including the citizens with features(button) phones and landlines under the protection of AAROGYA SETU, the Aarogya Setu IVRS service has been implemented. 

This service is available Pan-India. This is a toll free service.   

• Citizens need to give a missed call to the number 1921. Call will get disconnected and citizens will receive a call back requesting for inputs regarding their health. 

• The questions asked are aligned to the Aarogya Setu App. Based on the responses given, citizens will get a SMS indicating the health status. Citizens will continue to get alerts for their health moving forward also. 

• The service is implemented in 11 regional languages same as the app and SMS is sent to the citizen in the same language in which, he has shared his information. 

Call 1921☎️ if you dont have smartphone to get included in Aarogya Setu alerts.
